Visiting the "Basic info" tab is where you can get started. You only need to complete this section when you first create an account, but if you need to update any of your basic information, you may do so by visiting this tab any time.
Under the "Access IBM Records" tab is where you'll find the calculator. Clicking on the green "Add New Record" will prompt you to answer a short series of questions. This set includes the 10 questions taken from the IBM Functional Rating Scale. Your responses to these questions are used to formulate your personal mobility score, the numerical metric that will help you monitor your IBM progression.
Regularly adding a new record (we recommend every 3 months) will help build your mobility score history. The more data points you record, the clearer the picture of your progression the statistics will be able to paint.
In addition to creating new records, here in "Access IBM Records" is where you will find all of your previous saved records. The black circular icons to the right of each record will take you directly to the statistics for that particular record, allow you to edit the record, or delete the record, respectively.
Lastly, there is the "Statistics" tab. This is where you will find the graphs and score breakdowns for your most recent saved record. By exploring the "Mobility," "Overview," "Detail," and "Definition" tabs, you can learn more about your score, what it means, and how it compares to the more than 900 respondents from our 2012 IBM demographics survey.
